Local pickup is a free collection option if you are happy to collect the item!

We are currently only sending plushies within NZ!

Orders will take 1 - 2 days to be processed before being sent. Parcels will take up to 3 working days or a week to be delivered to your letterbox.

Postage is based on NZ Post's prices to send items within New Zealand in their soft post bags via economy with tracking and the total weight/size of your order.

You will be given two postage options; urban and rural. Please ensure you select the correct option for your delivery address!

Rural addresses have an extra $5.50 delivery charge.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS

All purchases are final once items have been sent and we do accept returns/refunds if you change your mind.

However, if plushies arrive with creation faults (e.g. sewn parts fall off or threads come out), we are happy to offer a repair, replacement, or return/refund depending on the fault. If this occurs, please get in touch at amigurumidelights@gmail.com
